Working with both KressCox, P.C. and Anthony Browne Interiors, we reworked the first floor plan complete with addition of a thirty foot skylight (requiring underpinning of the adjacent structure) and six windows to the rear elevation.
As general contractors we installed all new mechanical systems, two kitchens, and five bathrooms. There was case work and ornamental plaster moldings in most rooms, and a final finishes schedule that contained no less than 32 colors. The project was on time, under budget and was published in Architectural Digest.
