This National Historic Landmark was an elegant picture palace in the 1920's silent film era, and has now become the architectural centerpiece of an economic renaissance in Washington, D.C.'s Columbia Heights neighborhood.
Just blocks from our workshops, we had to have a hand in this building's long needed restoration and redevelopment. Our part was the Poster boxes at street level. Even with genuine mahogany one must be certain to slope all aspects of ornament and carcase for such an item to weather well.
